Introducing "Spring Physical Education for the Younger Years!" This installment marks the third out of four, collectively providing a comprehensive year-long physical education program tailored for children aged 3 to 6.

Our curriculum offers a delightful blend of Spring-themed Action Plays, brief Swedish Drill Calisthenics, lively Spring Music, Stretching and Games infused with the essence of the season. To ensure ease of use, everything is thoughtfully organized into 14-week modules. Simply open the curriculum to the corresponding week and embark on an exciting journey of physical activity! In most instances, minimal to no additional materials are required -just a dash of imagination!

Each of the 14 weeks will include some or all of the following:

-Spring themed Action Plays.

-Beginner Swedish Drill mixed with a short Calisthenic Drill.

-Hand Plays that build fine motor skills and dexterity.

-Games that are quick, easy and don't require a lot of equipment.

-Spring Themed music with songs and games. 

-Stretches
