With this set of cards, you have 30 depictions of foundational skills that come from the NASPE Standards (National Association of Sport and Physical Education) for children K-2nd grade. These can be extended to use for students PreK-2nd grade depending where your students are in their physical education journey.  

On the back of the cards, are the step by step skill progressions for each skill so that you can give your students the best examples of how to correctly learn the skills. 

We recommend printing the 30 cards on cardstock, cutting them out and them laminating them so that they can go outside if needed. MAKE SURE AND CHOOSE THE PRINT OPTIONS "ON BOTH SIDES" AND "FLIP PAGES ON LONG EDGE" so that the front and backs of the cards line up.
