Welcome to Winter Physical Education for the Younger Years! This is the 2nd of four installments that will add up to a full year of physical education for children aged 3 - 6.

This curriculum is a unique mixture of Winter themed Action Plays, short Swedish Drill Calisthenics, Music, Fine Motor Skill Drills and Games with a Winter twist. 

Everything is split up into 14 weeks so that you'll know exactly what to do and when. Just open up to the week you are on and begin! Most weeks will require little to no materials, just imagination!

Each of the 14 weeks will include some or all of the following:

-Winter themed Action Plays.

-Beginner Swedish Drill mixed with a short Calisthenic Drill.

-Hand Shadow Plays that build fine motor skills and dexterity.

-Games that are quick, easy and don't require a lot of equipment.

-Winter Themed music with songs and games.
